Mango Shake

Ingredients (makes 2 glasses)


1 large ripe mango, peeled
1 glass chilled milk (about 200 ml)
2 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Blend mango pulp, milk and honey in a blender to a thick consistency.
  2. Pour in large glasses. Serve chilled. 
  3. Can be served as a healthy breakfast drink.
